Description
Framework Contract for Blood Bank Items for Social Security Hospital, Model Town, Gujranwala, with estimated cost of Rs. 1,300,000 and bid security at 5% of estimated cost in the shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with separate Technical and Financial Proposals. E-bids must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement by September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the First Floor Conference Room, Administration Block. Scanned original bid security must accompany the technical bid and original security must be submitted before bid submission deadline. One person may submit one bid under PPRA Rules 36-A.
