Municipal Committee Jhelum invites contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered for e-PADS procurement and compliant with FBR and PRA requirements for construction works. The identified scheme is construction of a street and drain from Main Road to Masjid in Village Bhatyal, Jhelum, with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,670,000 and earnest money of Rs. 133,500. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be prepared according to the applicable bidding documents and submitted electronically through e-PADS, with the bid security scanned copy uploaded online and the original CDR submitted to the Municipal Committee office before the closing time.
