Municipal Committee Jhelum invites contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with PPRA for e-Procurement through e-PADS and compliant with FBR and PRA requirements for construction works. The identified scheme covers construction of a street and drain from Main Road to Masjid in Village Bhatyal, Jhelum, with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,670,000 and earnest money of Rs. 133,500. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS, with a scanned copy of bid security uploaded online and the original CDR submitted to the Municipal Committee before the closing time.
