District Council Jhelum invites online bids through Punjab E-Procurement from contractors registered on Punjab E-PADS for development works under the 2026-27 MRS 2nd Bi-Annual period covering 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Two schemes are included: construction of street and drain at Ghaziot, Tehsil Sohawa, District Jhelum, estimated at Rs. 14.017 million with bid security of Rs. 700,850; and construction of main street and Nullah Saroba, Tehsil PD Khan, District Jhelum, estimated at Rs. 19.436 million with bid security of Rs. 971,800. Bids must be submitted through Punjab E-PADS by 10:00 AM on 24 September 2026 and opened at 2:30 PM the same day. Item-wise rates are required and incomplete, ambiguous, unsigned or unstamped bids will be rejected. Additional performance security of 5% to 10% may apply where the lowest rate is equal to or less than 5% of estimated cost.
