Procurement Uniform Items Special Students Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 222 uniforms comprising 48 boys and 25 girls uniforms and 146 pairs of shoes comprising 96 boys and 50 girls shoes, with one winter uniform and two summer uniforms per student, for Special Students for Financial Year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Rule 36(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024. Total estimated cost is PKR 600,000 and bid security is 5%, amounting to PKR 30,000, to be submitted through the prescribed digital Bid Security mechanism including 1Link, PSID or Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Physical CDR is not required where digital bid security has been successfully generated, submitted and verified. All required bid documents and bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance guarantee and execute a formal contract agreement before issuance of the Supply Order. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable duties, levies and taxes. Bid validity is 180 days from publication of the bid evaluation report. E-bid submission closes at 09:30 AM on September 21, 2026 and opening is at 10:00 AM.
