Procurement of winter and summer uniform items for special students at Government Middle Special Education School for Visually Impaired, Chakwal, for financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 1.5 million, and refundable bid security is PKR 75,000, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible financially sound firms must be registered for income tax and general sales tax. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Uniform samples conforming to the specifications notified by the Punjab Special Education Department must be submitted with the technical bid and must be tested by a government laboratory. Bids without laboratory reports may be rejected, and the procuring agency may arrange further testing during or after supply at the supplier’s expense. The successful bidder must deliver all items to the centre at its own expense and risk. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
