Procurement of Security Services through Framework Contract for the Punjab Healthcare Commission Head Office Lahore and Regional Offices at Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi and Sargodha, as well as any new office established during the contractual period. Eligible service providers, companies and bidders dealing in Security Services must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax and be licensed by the Home Department. Estimated cost including applicable taxes is Rs. 41,340,000 and bid security is Rs. 826,800, equivalent to 2%. Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted online by 22 September 2026 at 14:00 hours and opened at 14:30 hours the same day through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be transferred online against the PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 120 days. Further information is available from the Punjab Healthcare Commission from 6 September 2026 to 21 September 2026 during 09:00 to 17:00 hours. Late bids will not be accepted and the next day will be treated as closing date if the submission date is an official holiday.
