Framework Contract for purchase of stationery items for THQ Hospital Sadiqabad for financial year 2026-2027. Estimated cost is Rs. 3.50 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, payable online through a PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant authorities and tax departments. Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
