Supply Of Printing And Stationery Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of printing and stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited through the E-Procurement System from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors registered with the E-Procurement System and relevant tax authorities, including active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration. Participating firms must have established technical, financial and managerial credentials and must not be blacklisted. Procurement shall follow Open Tendering and the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. A 2% bid security must be submitted through PSID generated by the E-Procurement System, and samples of quoted products must be submitted before closing along with the scanned bid security.
