Annual Framework Horticultural Plants Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of plants on annual framework contract basis FY 2026-27 for Horticulture Zone-I, II and III, Lahore, including plants - trees - shrubs and hedges - ground covers - vines and climbers. The total estimated amount is Rs.49,843,000/- with lot-wise bid security comprising Rs.720,000/- for plants, Rs.216,960/- for shrubs and hedges, Rs.32,900/- for ground covers and Rs.27,000/- for vines and climbers. Bids are submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on lot-wise basis, with lowest rates accepted through the system. The procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Items are to be supplied at the designated site within the stipulated purchase-order period. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened, and the required quantities may be increased or decreased by 15%.
