Emergency Blood Transfusion Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Emergency procurement of consumable items for Central Blood Transfusion Services Muzaffarabad during the financial year 2026-27, with a budget amount of Rs. 5 million. The procurement shall use the Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure under AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 Rule 36B, with Technical and Financial Proposals submitted in a single sealed envelope and technical evaluation conducted before financial evaluation. Manufacturers, authorized importers and authorized distributors may participate. Bid security of Rs. 200000/- in the form of CDR in favour of the Deputy Director, AJK Central BTS / Regional Blood Center Muzaffarabad must accompany the Financial Bid, and cheques are not accepted. Bidding documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/-. Bids must remain valid until the approved CPC 2026-27 list, and where an item is not quoted in CPC 2026-27, the approved rate remains valid up to 30 June 2027. All applicable taxes and duties levied by the Government of AJK will be charged from bills under admissible rules. Bidders must submit an affidavit on legal stamp paper confirming that their firm has not been blacklisted by any Federal, Provincial or AJ&K Government, local body or public sector organization.
