Printing And Supply Of Security Stationery Tender Notice
Description
Printing and supply of security stationery on CBS-I security paper, including cheque books with 10 leaves - 10,000 units, cheque books with 25 leaves - 20,000 units, and PLS term deposit receipts with 100 leaves - 2.0 units. Supply is required from a well reputed security printing press in Pakistan having a valid and proven No Objection Certificate for import of security paper issued by the Security Paper Mills or Ministry of Trade and Commerce, Government of Pakistan. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Process under AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017. A bid security of Rs. 100000/- through CDR, DD, PO or Banker Cheque in the name of Bank of AJK is required. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9 September 2026 at 01:00 PM. Technical bids are opened at 12:30 PM on 17 September 2026. Prices must include all taxes. Eligible firms must have valid NTN, Income Tax and GST certificates, relevant tax certificates and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR / CBR. Blacklisted bidders are prohibited.
