Event Support Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Provision of services and supplies for events organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell during financial year 2026-27, including tent service - catering services - publicity material and banners - stationery procurement - hotel services - transport services. Rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027 and a Frame Work Contract may be executed with one or more successful firms or suppliers. Sealed quotations must be submitted on the forms issued by the procuring organization. Incomplete bids will not be accepted. Call Deposits in favour of the Chairman Committee are required as follows: tent service Rs. 150000 - catering services Rs. 60000 - publicity material and banners Rs. 100000 - stationery Rs. 60000 - hotel services Rs. 40000 - transport services Rs. 50000. Applicable taxes shall be deducted according to prevailing rules. The committee may accept or reject any quotation or all quotations under AJK PPRA Rules 2017 Rule 33. Pro Tip: This procurement covers event tent services, catering, banners and publicity materials, stationery, hotel accommodation services and transport services for organized events.
