Procurement Medicine Surgical Disposable Dialysis Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of medicines, surgical items and disposable items for dialysis under a framework contract for Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible bidders must be registered with EPADS and be experienced Income Tax and GST/PST filers or registered partnerships, proprietors, firms and companies. Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Bid security is 5% of estimated cost and must be submitted in the prescribed form through Bank of Punjab, with original bid security required as specified. Technical and financial evaluation and contract award will be conducted through the EPADS or Punjab e-Procurement System. Successful bidders must deposit 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from Bank of Punjab. Applicable GST, PST, Income Tax and other statutory deductions will be made from bills or invoices.
