Procurement Ro Plant Drinking Water Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one RO (Reverse Osmosis) plant for drinking water under the development scheme CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase I), with an estimated development budget of Rs.2.00 million. Eligible manufacturers, firms, authorized distributors and general order suppliers with established financial and managerial credentials and registration with income and sales tax departments may participate. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a), with technical and financial proposals uploaded separately through the e-Procurement System. Bid security or earnest money is 2% of the total estimated price in the form of a PSID generated through the e-Procurement system from a scheduled bank. Bids must be completed, signed and stamped on every page. Technically responsive financial proposals will subsequently be opened.
