Event Management Municipal Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision and fixing of different items for event management in Municipal Committee Wazirabad - rehabilitation and maintenance of street lights and transformers - rehabilitation, maintenance, renovation and uplifting of parks, green belt and tree plantations - making and fixing of monuments and beautification works at different points in Wazirabad - supply of stationery items and repair and maintenance of computer systems, printers, refilling and toner - repair and maintenance of machinery and official vehicles - patch work, kerb stone painting, wall chalking and painting for beautification purposes. Estimated costs are Rs. 10,000,000, Rs. 10,000,000, Rs. 20,000,000, Rs. 14,000,000, Rs. 3,000,000, Rs. 4,000,000 and Rs. 14,000,000 respectively, with bid security of 5% for each work amounting to Rs. 500,000, Rs. 500,000, Rs. 1,000,000, Rs. 700,000, Rs. 150,000, Rs. 200,000 and Rs. 700,000. Bidders must be registered with PEC, FBR, PRA, NTN, PNTN, PPRA and the e-Procurement registration system as applicable. Bidding shall use the single-stage single-envelope procedure, with bids uploaded as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Original 5% bid security must be submitted before the e-bid deadline. Rates and amounts must be stated in figures and words. Bids must be submitted and opened at 01:30 PM, with bid validity of 120 days.
