Description

Establish a framework contract for procurement of other items. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and joint ventures where applicable must be engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must submit separate electronic bids for each lot in which they wish to participate and contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. The procurement will use a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The allocated budget is 5,200,000 with Bid Security of 260,000. Bid security must be submitted electronically in the prescribed form in favor of the Section Officer (General), Youth Affairs & Sports Department; physical CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is not accepted for the e-Bid Security requirement. The original Bid Security must also be submitted in the specified envelope before the electronic submission deadline. Pro Tip: The procurement covers other items under a framework arrangement, with separate lot bidding, electronic two-envelope procurement, tax registration and electronic bid-security requirements.
