Purchase Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of information technology equipment comprising 8 laptops with Intel Core i7 13th latest processors, 8 monochrome laser printers, and 5 scanners with ADF and optional flatbed, making a total of 21 items. The estimated total cost is Rs. 5,000,000 and fixed bid security is Rs. 250,000. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed and stamped, online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 28 September 2026. Bids will open at 11:30 AM on the same date.
