Prequalification Of Local Pharmacy Medical Suppliers Tender Notice

Pre-qualification or registration of LPOD vendors for local purchase of national, multinational and imported medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis for FY 2026-27. Bids are invited through Punjab e-Procurement System from well reputed retail pharmacies holding Drug Sale License on Form 9 and located within 10 km radius of the hospital. Closing is at 11:00 a.m. and opening is at 11:30 a.m. the same day. Performance guarantee or tender security is Rs. 50,000 and the original instrument in the prescribed form must be delivered before closing time. Documents must be properly marked, indexed, signed and stamped, and bid validity is 180 days. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
