Security Guard Services Vocational Institute Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security guard services at Vocational Training Institute Attock for a period up to one year, further extendable on satisfactory performance subject to applicable rules and availability of funds. The notice states a total estimated price and cost inclusive of all costs and taxes of Rs. 1,485,000 for three security guards for nine months, with fixed bid security of Rs. 59,400 at 4% of the stated estimated price and cost. Eligible security service providers must have at least three years' experience and be registered with Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authorities, SECP, EOBI and Social Security, hold a valid licence from the Home Department, have a no-objection certificate from the Ministry of Interior and maintain life insurance policies for their security guards. The security company must also be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Bidding shall use a single-stage two-envelope procedure, with bids submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual submission is not allowed. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 30-09-2026 and will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. The procurement concerns security guard deployment, security personnel, institutional security and guarding services.
