Purchase Of Medicines And Surgical Disposable Items Tender Notice
Description
Walk-in registration for purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items through the online portal, with procurement from eligible registered firms on the terms specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must meet the applicable eligibility requirements, including valid Drug Sales Licence requirements where applicable and the specified manufacturer, sole agent or foreign principal documentation requirements. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and the applicable procurement instructions. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with the applicable bidding procedure specified in the tender documents.
