NED University of Engineering and Technology invites sealed bids on C&F basis under Single Stage One Envelope procedure for import of laboratory equipment for the Textile Research Laboratory for Textile Engineering. Bidders must have at least 3 years continuous relevant experience, minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 100 million over the last three fiscal years, active GST and taxpayer status, and at least two qualifying laboratory equipment purchase orders of Rs. 50 million or above each. Fixed bid security is Rs. 2.5 million. Bids are submitted through EPADS and the deadline is 6 October 2026, with opening on 7 October 2026 at 10:30 AM.
