Artistically Prepared Tables Tourist Sites Tender Notice
Description
Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab invites bids under a framework contract for designing, manufacturing and providing artistically prepared tables at various tourist sites of Punjab. Estimated whole-year budget is PKR 5.00 million minimum and bid security is PKR 250,000 through CDR in favor of TDCP. Procurement will be conducted online through Punjab E-Procurement System under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders must be active filers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and E-PAD and must provide working designs, renders or original pictures and may be required to prepare a sample. Orders will be placed from time to time during financial year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted by 6 October 2026 at 2:00 PM and opened at 2:30 PM. Pro Tip: The procurement covers custom-designed tables, manufactured furniture, tourist-site furnishings, artistic furniture fabrication and installation services.
