Security Janitorial Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for provision of Security Services and Allied Services under Lot-I with an estimated budget of PKR 15,000,000 and 2% bid security of PKR 300,000, and Janitorial Services and Allied Services under Lot-II with an estimated budget of PKR 30,000,000 and 2% bid security of PKR 600,000. Electronic bids are invited from security and janitorial service providers, firms, companies and applicable JVs registered with relevant authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and PRA and possessing a professional tax certificate for fiscal year 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-2014. Scanned bid security must accompany the electronic bid and the original instrument must be delivered to the department before the closing deadline. The lowest evaluated bidder will be considered for award.
