Medicines Sehat Sahulat Programme Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Re-invitation of e-bids for procurement of medicines for the Sehat Sahulat Programme, local purchase of medicines and Zakat and Bait ul Mal on discount basis for fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 6(2)(a) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms, vendors and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments must submit bids through EPADS by 06 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security is Rs. 1,500,000 and the original Call Deposit Receipt must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent before the e-bid closing time, while scanned copies of required documents must be uploaded on EPADS. Approved rates will remain valid until 30 June 2027 under the framework contract provisions. Availability of a pharmacist is mandatory 24/7 for Sehat Sahulat Programme and local purchase medicine stores. Firms must provide past three years performance certificates and maintain a well-equipped office with address and cell number. Rates once approved cannot be enhanced and supplies must meet quality requirements without alteration of consultant prescriptions.
