Description
Supply of medicines for Sehat Sahulat Programme, local purchase of medicines, Zakat and Bait-ul-Mal on discount basis for FY 2026-27 under a framework contract. E-bids shall be submitted through E-PADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with scanned mandatory documents uploaded online and the original Call Deposit Receipt submitted physically before the closing time. Bid security is Rs.1,500,000/-. Eligible firms, vendors and suppliers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Approved rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027. Availability of a pharmacist 24/7 for SSP and local purchase medicine stores is mandatory, and firms must provide three years performance certificates and maintain a well-equipped office with address and cell number. Approved rates cannot be enhanced and supply shall be quality based without alteration of consultant prescriptions.
