Establishment Road Maintenance Squad Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of a Road Maintenance Squad for Municipal Corporation Gujranwala for the year 2026-27. Eligible contractors and firms must be registered on the e-Procurement System and with FBR, PRA, PPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. The estimated cost is Rs.200 million and the stated bid security is Rs.10 million. Bids must be completed and authenticated by uploading the required PDF through the e-Procurement System. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure, with only technically responsive bidders qualifying for financial bid opening and financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders remaining unopened. Conditional tenders are not accepted and item rates and amounts must be stated in figures and words. Bids are valid for 120 days. Performance guarantee requirements apply in favour of the Chief Officer in the prescribed CDR or bank guarantee form. Relevant terminology includes road maintenance squad, municipal road maintenance, road repair, road infrastructure maintenance, road works and municipal engineering services.
