Purchase Ics Laboratory Components Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of ICs and laboratory supplies including ICs, resistors, IR transmitters, capacitors, glossy paper, soldering wire, HDMI cables, jumper wires and related lab components. Sealed bids are invited from reputed manufacturers, firms, suppliers and authorized dealers registered with tax authorities. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Detailed terms and conditions are available from the GIK Institute website or can be collected from GIK Admin Block Room F-12. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.2,000 is required and sealed bids must include 2% earnest money on the total bid cost. Bids must reach by 07 October 2026 at 03:00 PM and will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders. No advance payment will be made to any bidder.
