Description
Procurement of construction materials for grey structure and finishing works at PECHS Valencia, with delivery to site according to estimated quantities and specifications in the RFQ documents. Required materials include Grade 40 and Grade 60 steel in specified diameters, 50 kg bags of Ordinary Portland Cement, Grade-1 bricks, crush, bajjar, sand, khaka, 160 mm 8 PN full-pressure HDPE pipe, 50-watt LED street lights, ghasso, ready-mix concrete for 4000 and 3000 psi structures, electric cables, various lights, electrical fittings, electrical panels, exhaust and ceiling fans, marbles and tiles, uPVC doors, sanitary pipes and fittings, aluminum windows, paints and Rockwall coating, glass for doors and windows, safety grills, fire fighting system and a 6-to-8-person lift. RFQ documents containing detailed specifications, estimated quantities and terms are available from the Society office against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.2,000 in cash. The quantities may vary during execution. Sealed bids must be submitted by 30 September 2026 at 3:00 PM and must comply with the stated terms and conditions. Relevant terminology includes construction materials, grey structure, finishing materials, steel, cement, bricks, concrete, HDPE pipes, electrical fittings, sanitary fittings, fire fighting systems and passenger lifts.
