Repair and maintenance works for Girls Hostel Khadija Hall at University of Sargodha. Estimated cost is Rs. 11,078,000 and bid security is 2 percent of the tender sum estimated amount, amounting to Rs. 221,560. Completion period is 06 months. Eligible contractors or firms must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license with relevant codes, be active with FBR for the current year, have relevant experience and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically and each page of tender and bidding documents must be signed and stamped. Item rates must be quoted against each work item; percentage-based rates above, below or at par with the approved cost are not acceptable.
