Renting University Shop Stationery Fine Arts Tender Notice
Description
Renting or leasing of a university shop at Fatima Jinnah Women University Campus-I for stationery items, fine arts and photography, measuring 18 feet by 12 feet. Minimum annual rent is Rs. 1,206,000 and earnest money or bid security is 5 percent amounting to Rs. 60,300. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be active tax filers, economically sound and experienced. Earnest money must be deposited through Demand Draft, Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi; crossed cheque, bank challan, cash and other instruments are not accepted. Procurement method is Single Stage Single Envelope and evaluation is under Rule 38-A of PPRA 2014, with the technically compliant and highest evaluated bid considered according to the tender document. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled before submission.
