Construction Base Shed General Bus Stand Tender Notice
Description
Construction of base shed of General Bus Stand Ahmedpur East. The estimated cost is Rs. 4,151,474 and bidders are required to provide earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favour of Municipal Committee Ahmedpur East. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to eligible contractors enlisted or renewed for the current financial year with Pakistan Engineering Council and holding the concerned codes licence. Contractors must quote rates in figures and words on a percentage or item-rate basis. Where quoted rates are below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder shall provide additional performance security as specified. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cut, overwritten and doubtful bids shall be rejected. Quality control tests shall be conducted at the contractor's own expense.
