Description

Framework contract for purchase of Drugs/Medicines, Surgical and Disposable Items and related items under Bulk Local Purchase for the financial year 2026-27, in accordance with the formulary for health facilities and field activities performed under the CEO and DHO(PS) offices. Supply shall be on free delivery to consignee end basis from pharmacies registered for GST, Income Tax, PRA and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must bid for the entire total quantity and partial quantity bids shall be rejected. Bidding shall use the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with technical and financial proposals submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement. The last date for submission is 20 October 2026 at 11:30 AM and bids shall be opened at 12:00 PM on the same date. Bid security is 2% of the total estimated price or cost of quoted items and must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement; no physical CDR or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. The successful bidder must furnish a 2% performance guarantee of the contract amount electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and no physical financial instrument will be accepted. Supply shall be made within 14 days from the work order and a penalty of 2% per month shall apply for late delivery. Bidding documents containing specifications, terms, conditions and quantities are available without fee through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Documents must be properly page-marked, arranged according to the evaluation criteria and signed by the authorized person. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day shall apply at the same time and venue.
