Uniform Kits Clothes Washing Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of uniform kits with shoes for boys for summer and winter seasons and services for washing clothes for students for financial year 2026-27. The procurement comprises Lot No. 1 uniform kit with shoes for boys summer and winter with an estimated cost of PKR 3,000,000 and 2% bid security of PKR 60,000, and Lot No. 2 services for washing clothes with an estimated cost of PKR 1,800,000 and 2% bid security of PKR 36,000. Bidding shall be conducted electronically through EPADS using the single stage two envelope procedure. Only EPADS registered suppliers may participate. All bid documents must be submitted through EPADS and the original hard copy bid security CDR must also be submitted before the e-bid closing time. Successful bidder shall deposit performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. Rates shall be quoted in Pak Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes.
