Uniform Items Procurement Financial Year 2026 27 Tender Notice
Description
Islamabad Capital Territory Police invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for procurement of uniform items for Financial Year 2026-27. Interested firms and companies must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Number, be regular taxpayers and be included in the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Certified firm registration, General Sales Tax Registration, National Tax Number and bank account details are required, with vendor number AGPR where applicable in Islamabad. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection will be adopted under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Each bid must include prescribed bid security through Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft, with Bid Securing Declaration where permitted. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS Version 2.0 by 11:00 AM on 20 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day; manual bids will not be accepted. The department may increase or decrease quantities according to requirements. Pro Tip: Uniform, police apparel, institutional clothing, protective wear and related textile suppliers should maintain active tax registration, EPADS registration and complete bid-security documentation.
