Description
Procurement for Civil Hospital DHQ Mithi for financial year 2026-27 covering Dialysis Items; Local Purchase of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical Items and Disposables under the specified 15% local purchase provision; Diet including cooked food with catering; Petty Articles and Miscellaneous Items; and Oxygen as lifesaving medical gas. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under SPPRA Rules 2010. Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB and must register on EPADS for electronic bidding. Tender fee is Rs.3,500 non-refundable and the original receipt must be submitted/uploaded. Bid security shall not exceed 5% of estimated value and must be in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft or CDR from the bidder own titled account. Technical and financial e-bids are to be submitted through EPADS only.
