Landscape Development Tourism Resort Tender Notice
Description
Landscape development of the Tourism Development Corporation Punjab resort at Dhanoi, Kotli Sattian, for financial year 2026-2027. The estimated cost is PKR 13.99 million, and bid security is PKR 279,996, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms must be registered on the Punjab Electronic Procurement System and possess valid active-filer NTN and Punjab Revenue Authority registration. Bidding will follow the single-stage single-envelope procedure under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations 2024. Bids must be uploaded electronically as PDF files by 27 October 2026 at 2:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security must be uploaded electronically, and the original hard copy must be delivered to the Project Director before the submission deadline. Bidders must submit a non-blacklisting certificate on stamp paper, firm or SECP registration, CNIC copy, NTN and PRA certificates, and signed and stamped bidding documents.
