Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with specialization BC-02 Restoration and Conservation. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required with validity extending 90 days beyond the bid submission date, deposited through a PSID generated by the e-procurement system in favour of the Director General of Archaeology.
