Description
Supply and installation of machinery and equipment under three packages for PGA Technology. Package TEVTA/PC/840/2026-27 covers machinery and equipment for C&D plate, flexography and photogravure laboratories, estimated at Rs. 28,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 560,000. Package TEVTA/PC/841/2026-27 covers machinery and equipment for mechanical and offset laboratories, estimated at Rs. 3,100,000 with bid security of Rs. 62,000. Package TEVTA/PC/842/2026-27 covers bookbinding machinery and equipment, estimated at Rs. 40,270,000 with bid security of Rs. 805,400. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope national competitive bidding procedure. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments as active taxpayers. Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be submitted online through PSID; personal cheques are not acceptable. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. The procuring agency may reject bids under the applicable PPRA rules.
