Supply Cancer Medicines Pakistan Bait Ul Mal Programme Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines and drugs for cancer patients under the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Individual Financial Assistance programme for financial year 2026–2027. Eligible pharmaceutical companies, approved distributors, firms and suppliers from across Pakistan must meet the prescribed qualification requirements, including registration with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, Federal Board of Revenue and Sales Tax Department, and at least three years of supply experience with reputable hospitals. Selection will be based on quality and cost. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the applicable Sindh Public Procurement Rules and the cited procurement provisions. Tender documents may be downloaded through SPPRA EPADS during the stated availability period and are subject to a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 payable through a demand draft, pay order, banker’s cheque or other permitted instrument in favour of the General Secretary CPWS NIMRA. All bids must be submitted electronically through SPPRA EPADS in accordance with the prescribed electronic procurement requirements. Valid offers will be opened in the hospital auditorium in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives. The procuring committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules.
