Janitorial Services Social Welfare Sahiwal Tender Notice

Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Department, Sahiwal Division invites bids from reputable firms registered with the relevant authorities and Punjab e-Procurement System for deployment of 21 janitorial personnel, together with cleaning materials, at institutions and offices across the division. The initial contract period is stated as eight months, with possible extension subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consultation. The estimated cost inclusive of all taxes for eight months is Rs. 10,416,000, and fixed bid security is Rs. 208,320, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms must appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and satisfy the conditions in the bidding documents. Bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Electronic bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 12:00 noon on 2 November 2026 and will open at 12:30 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the e-procurement and PPRA websites. Bid security must be paid electronically through the prescribed portal mechanism; physical financial instruments are not accepted. Successful bidders must provide performance security through the prescribed electronic process.
