Supply Office Stationery Vehicle Maintenance Common Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply of office stationery under Lot 1, hiring and maintenance of vehicles under Lot 2, and provision of common-use items under Lot 3 for financial year 2026-27 for the 26MW Shagarthang Hydropower Project. Eligible firms and suppliers must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. The Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 39(a) of the Gilgit-Baltistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules will govern bidding and evaluation. Complete bidding documents, including the Bill of Quantities, terms and conditions, technical evaluation criteria, procurement methods, submission guidelines, performance guarantee requirements and clarification, acceptance and rejection procedures, are available from the project office during working hours upon submission of a formal written application on the firm's official letterhead. Bids must include security equal to 2% of the total estimated project cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in favour of the Project Director, 26MW SHPP Skardu. Sealed bids must comply with the bidding documents and will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procurement covers office stationery, vehicle hiring, vehicle maintenance, common-use supplies and associated operational procurement for a hydropower project.
