Procurement of chemicals and laboratory items under a framework contract for Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi through open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure pursuant to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible suppliers, firms, companies, and distributors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and demonstrate technical, financial, and managerial capability. Technical and financial bids with the necessary qualification documents must be submitted electronically, and hard copies are not required. Bid security in the prescribed amount must be submitted online through a PSID in favour of the Director, Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi; physical financial instruments will not be accepted.
