Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology, Dera Ghazi Khan invites tenders from PEC-registered firms in category C-6 or above for renovation and repair works under the single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. The tender comprises Group 1: civil renovation and repair works of the academic and administration blocks, estimated cost Rs. 6,480,530 and bid security Rs. 324,030; Group 2: civil renovation and repair works of the staff colony, estimated cost Rs. 1,352,070 and bid security Rs. 67,610; Group 3: construction of three bus parking sheds, mosque green area and sunshade net, estimated cost Rs. 3,065,880 and bid security Rs. 153,300; and Group 4: electrical renovation of administration and academic blocks, Parts A and B, estimated cost Rs. 4,331,087 and bid security Rs. 216,560. Total estimated cost is Rs. 15,229,567 and total stated bid security is Rs. 761,500. Bidders must possess updated PEC registration and meet the eligibility and qualification requirements in the bidding documents. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 10 November 2026 at 1100 hours and will open on the same day at 1130 hours. The notice gives the university address as 12 KM Sakhi Sarwar Road, Dera Ghazi Khan.
