Framework procurement for four categories of municipal works in the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Jhelum for financial year 2026-27: repair work of streets and buildings at routes and locations during Eid Milad-un-Nabi, Muharram-ul-Haram, and other government-directed events or festivals, estimated at PKR 9,985,000 with bid security of PKR 499,250; road maintenance, patch work, and routine road repairs, estimated at PKR 9,982,000 with bid security of PKR 499,100; painting and distempering, repainting dividers, zebra crossings, cat eyes, directional and information boards, and allied works, estimated at PKR 9,552,000 with bid security of PKR 477,600; and repair of streetlights, electric poles, and allied works, estimated at PKR 9,921,000 with bid security of PKR 496,050. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the single-stage, single-envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 2:30 PM on the same day at the Municipal Committee office. Bid validity is 120 days. Conditional, incomplete, unreadable, or virus-infected submissions will be rejected. Rates and amounts must be stated in figures and words.
