Supply Installation Textile Engineering Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement - supply and installation of textile engineering laboratory equipment for Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences. Bids are invited from manufacturers and authorized suppliers registered with the taxation authorities and listed as active taxpayers. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents can be obtained from the Deputy Director Procurement against a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,500 through bank challan in the company name or by pay order or demand draft in favour of the Director Procurement, BUITEMS. Courier charges of PKR 300 apply to out-of-station firms requesting hard-copy documents. Tender documents are also available on the PPRA and university websites. Sealed bids must include earnest money of at least 2 percent of the total bid value in the form of CDR - demand draft - pay order or bankers cheque in favour of the Director Procurement, BUITEMS. Bids must be submitted to the Directorate of Procurement at the university campus by the deadline. Envelopes must clearly state the tender title. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under applicable procurement rules.
