Medical Equipment Hospital Furniture Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medical equipment, machinery, medical devices, instruments, furniture, fixtures and other items under SNE Schemes of Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau, Civil Hospital Karachi under Rule 46(2) Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with SPP Rules 2010. Eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors must appear on the FBR/SRB Active Taxpayers List, whichever is applicable. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available through the Sindh EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders must register on the Sindh EPADS system. The original tender fee instrument of PKR 3,000 and fixed bid security applicable to the quoted items must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi. In case of a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same venue and time. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010.
