Consumable Laboratory Items Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of generic consumable laboratory items for Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi for Financial Year 2026-27 under Rule 16(2) Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with SPP Rules 2010. Eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors must appear on the FBR/SRB Active Taxpayers List, whichever is applicable. Bidding documents are available through the Sindh EPADS portal from 10 November 2026 to 26 November 2026 until 10:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only. Tender fee is PKR 5,000 payable through Pay Order. Bid security equivalent to 2.5% of the total value of quoted prices must be submitted. Original tender fee instrument and bid security must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened on 26 November 2026 at 12:00 noon at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, second floor, Board Room, Civil Hospital Karachi. Manual bids will not be accepted. In case of a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same venue and time. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under SPP Rules 2010.
