Provisioning of digital content development services for special education under Tech Interventions for Children with Special Needs Phase 1 including four distinct lots comprising development of educational video content: Lot-1 New Content Development for Grade KG consisting of 119 videos with estimated cost Rs. 4,000,000 and bid security Rs. 80,000; Lot-2 New Content Development for Grades 1 to 3 consisting of 127 videos with estimated cost Rs. 5,000,000 and bid security Rs. 100,000; Lot-3 New Content Development for Grades 4 to 5 consisting of 126 videos with estimated cost Rs. 5,000,000 and bid security Rs. 100,000; Lot-4 Sign Language Addition for Grades KG to 5 consisting of 372 videos with estimated cost Rs. 14,000,000 and bid security Rs. 280,000. Scope includes content design development production and integration of accessible learning material tailored for special education including sign language incorporation.
