Oracle License Procurement Pnsc Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Oracle Standard Edition license for production server including supply of software license and all required components as specified in bidding documents for operational deployment. Bidding will be conducted through single stage one envelope procedure using least cost based selection technique under Public Procurement Rules 2004 where bidders must submit electronic bids through EPADS and manual submissions will not be accepted. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS and comply with all technical and financial requirements defined in bidding documents. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order or bid security declaration where applicable as specified in the bidding documents. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration is completed in advance and carefully review bid security requirements to avoid rejection due to non compliance.
